Fulmenta Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that users voluntarily provide when creating an account or using the platform, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Account login credentials
• Billing information (handled externally by Stripe)
• Store or marketplace connection details
• Design files or content uploaded to the platform
• IP address, device info, and usage data (via cookies and analytics)

We do not collect or store credit card numbers. All payment data is processed and stored securely by Stripe.

2. How We Collect Information

• Account registration forms
• Order and payment processing (via Stripe)
• Cookies and tracking pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
• User-uploaded content (designs, images, AI prompts)
• Automatically collected log and device data

3. How We Use Your Data

We process user data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage user accounts
• To process orders, subscriptions, and payments
• To provide access to design tools and AI-generation systems
• To improve platform performance, personalization, and security
• To comply with legal or fraud-prevention requirements
• To send service-related updates (billing, password reset, etc.)
• To send optional marketing emails (only if user opted in)

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All account and platform data is securely stored using Supabase services, including authentication, Postgres, and Storage.

Security measures include:

• SSL encryption
• Access-controlled database
• Encrypted authentication
• PCI-compliant payment handling (via Stripe)
• Infrastructure secured by Google Cloud

5. Payments & Billing Data

All subscription and order payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fulmenta does not store credit card numbers or banking details.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Fulmenta uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for:

• Essential platform functionality
• Analytics (Google Analytics)
• Advertising and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel)
• User preference storage

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are required for the Service to function.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as a user maintains an active account. If a user requests account deletion, all personal data will be removed unless retention is required for tax or legal compliance.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited personal data with trusted providers including:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Supabase - authentication, database, and file storage
• Shipping carriers - order fulfillment
• Analytics services (Google, Meta)

We do not permit these providers to use personal data for unrelated purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Request export of your data (data portability)
• Withdraw consent for marketing
• Request full account deletion

Fulmenta is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. International Data Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where Supabase or Stripe operate. By using Fulmenta, you consent to international data transfers.

12. Etsy API Data Use

We connect to Etsy only after you authorize via Etsy OAuth. With your permission, we pull listings, product assets, order line items, and shipping details strictly to produce and ship your orders. We do not pull or store payment card data from Etsy.

The term Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Fulmenta acts solely as your fulfillment partner, not as an Etsy representative or affiliate.

13. Data Freshness, Cache & Rate Limits

Etsy-derived data is refreshed at least every 6 hours; we do not display listing data older than 6 hours. Cached Etsy data is only retained as needed to fulfill active orders and is cleared when you revoke access. Fulmenta adheres to Etsy API rate limits and avoids excessive requests.

14. OAuth Access & Revocation

You can revoke Etsy access at any time from your Etsy account. Upon revocation, we stop new Etsy API calls and remove cached Etsy data that was stored for fulfillment purposes, subject to legal retention requirements for tax or billing records.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If changes are material, users will be notified via email or in-app notice.
